How much does it cost?

Pricing scales with the number of states you're covering, the length of your access window, and whether you need the Election Day module. Send us a message and we'll have a quote in your inbox the same working day.

What happens to our data after our access window ends?

Your project is retained for at least 1 year post-expiry by default (subject to country-specific statutory minima). Your access code stays on file for fast reinstatement on renewal, and every dataset (raw field responses, QC-cleared snapshots, published wave reports) stays intact. Only the VoteEdge team can permanently delete a project, and only after the retention window has elapsed or at your explicit written request.

What's your election-day resilience story?

Field collection is offline-first: interviews and polling-unit reports queue locally and sync the moment signal returns, so a tower outage doesn't lose results. Result transmission is duplicate-safe: if an agent submits the same numbers twice, the platform reconciles instead of double-counting. Notifications retry automatically through a delivery queue rather than dropping silently. Specific SLA targets and standby arrangements are agreed in your commercial agreement.

How long does onboarding take?

Project setup runs through a guided wizard in under an hour. Interviewers are comfortable with the field app after a 30-minute walkthrough. Most of the calendar time goes into training your supervisors and field coordinators on QC review and assignments. We'll scope a realistic timeline against your election date during the demo.

Where is our data stored?

On secure cloud infrastructure. Per-country data-residency requirements (Nigeria NDPR, Ghana Data Protection Act, Kenya DPA, South Africa POPIA) are accommodated, and specific deployment region is agreed in your commercial agreement.

How do we revoke a team member mid-campaign?

Your Super Admin clicks Revoke on the team member's row. The platform invalidates their session token, strips their role on your project, records the action in the audit log with the revoking user's IP, and emails the member. They lose access on their next request, with no password rotation and no session timeout.

Can we start with one state and expand later?

Yes. Many campaigns begin with a single state, region, or county to prove the approach, then scale to a national programme before the vote. The platform is the same either way; only the access window changes.

Which African countries does VoteEdge serve?

Live across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Rwanda today. Each country's commission, admin hierarchy, election types, currency, and timezone are first-class. Other African markets (Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia) are added on demand once we have your authoritative geography.

How do you handle different election systems across countries?

Every voting system on a live market is handled correctly. Nigeria, Ghana parliamentary, and Kenya's legislative and county races are first-past-the-post. South Africa's National Assembly and Provincial Legislatures are proportional, and South African local government is mixed (ward FPTP plus a PR top-up). Rwanda's Chamber of Deputies is proportional. Presidential races that require a majority threshold (Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda) trigger runoff logic. Each country's election types map cleanly onto the scope hierarchy (nationwide, state/region/county/province, sub-state constituency, district/LGA/sector, ward/electoral area), and the Decision Report adapts to whichever system is on the ballot.
